1.3 Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Tech&Comfort. An order confirmation (email) does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and you receive a shipping notification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify customer details.

1.4 Pricing & payment

All prices are in Namibian Dollars (N$) and include VAT only where explicitly stated.
Payment methods accepted: EFT, Direct Bank Deposit, and DPO (if approved). Payment must clear before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to update prices or correct pricing errors.
